Products & Services
The main services of CEMETCO will be design and construction of metal industrial buildings such as Warehouses, factories, Vehicle yards, Paddy stores, Mezzanine decks, pavilions, Gymnasiums and metal roofs. In addition to these major products CEMETCO planning to expand their services to small scale companies and individuals who need engineering consultancies of structural designs and project management. Even though the company highly engaged in metal constructions, the civil engineering component of metal buildings (foundation, walls, and concrete slabs) will be handled by the company to deliver the total solution to our valued customers.
CEMETCO is planning to diversify in to manufacturing and trading of metal building products such as metal roofing sheets, purlins and rainwater accessories by expanding its supply chain which gives the competitive advantage to company over competitors.
Core Competencies
We have qualified structural engineers to do our own structural designs and We use most modern structural design software such as Stadd pro, Prokon for our structural designs.
Also we have a modern fabrication facility at Wadduwa. We can fabricate more than 100 tons of steel per month under close supevision of our engineers to assure the best quality of our buildings.
The biggest competitive advantage of the business is the existing customer base which has been developed for eighteen years career of the entrepreneur. By nature of the construction industry word of mouth, personal contacts, authenticity and credibility of front line business managers are key marketing communications tools.
